It is easy to make the necessary changes to manage your food intolerance. All you have to do is change your diet and avoid the sensitive food. Here are a compilation of recipes to help you plan your daily meals that is free from foods or ingredients that will make you unwell.

Meatball and vegetable pasta

Beef Stew

(Gluten free, Egg-free, Dairy free, Wheat free, Yeast free)

Ingredients 

•1kg/2lb 20oz  stewing beef (cut into cubes)

3 carrots, cut into pieces

4 medium sized potatoes, cut into pieces

1 celery stalk, diced

1 green pepper, diced

1 medium onions, chopped

3 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme leaves or dried thyme

2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley or dried parsley

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tsp  cornflour

400ml chicken or beef stock

 

Directions 

Sauteed chopped onions in olive oil in a casserole dish or heavy pot till golden brown.

Add beef and brown on all sides.

Add chopped garlic, carrots, celery, green pepper and potato into the stew and let it simmer for 2 min.

Add thyme, parsley and stock. Bring stew to boil and then simmer for about 1 min.

Next, add some more salt and black pepper

 

Cover pot with lid and let stew simmer for i hour or till meat is tender and vegetables are cooked.

When stew is cooked, prepare the thickening sauce by mixing cornflour with 3 tsp of cold water in a cup. Slowly add the mixture into the stew, stirring constantly to mix well till the stew thickens.

Sprinkle some chopped parsley and served immediately.
